How to Benefit from Paid links and avoid Google PR penalties.
Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at 02:03PM There is currently only one Tool.
If you are a blogger/webmaster like me, Then you are always walking a fine line when it comes to buying and selling Links.
How do you improve your Pager Rank (PR) without getting penalised by Google?
How do you monetise your site with relevant links without upsetting the search engine Bots?
As you probably know by now Google virtually or should I say literally runs the Internet.
It is now possible to Sell links on every page of your site to thousands of advertisers, without looking over your shoulder to see if Big brother Google is Watching.
TNX.net Makes It Possible to Buy and sell Links on High PR sites without the fear of getting spotted by the search engines.
How do they do it?
In the Past webmasters and SEO specialists have attempted to fool the system by using rapid linking usually quickly flooding the Web within hours/days with thousands of links to their site. This obviously didn't work Because Google Quickly caught up with this "un natural" link explosion and quickly banned these sites fro Search results for up to a minimum of 1 month and in some cases even more.
There is a need for Genuine sites Like mine with original content like this, to be able to link with other similar sites and share links and also benefit financially without the usual Google witch hunt.
With the help of this system you are able to get large amounts of non-reciprocal links from thousands of relevant websites: In just a few minutes you can order thousands of links from high quality Internet resources. Links can be placed on main pages as well as on individual, deep pages of websites that either have few other outbond links or no links at all. Tnx.net
If you are a blogger or webmaster and you are looking to improve your search engine ranking , it is in your best interest to to have a look at TNX.net .

It was not a scam and I made a complete fool of myself...
Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at 07:29AM ...and I have probably lost $50.00
Paranoia is a disease. Often fuelled by an overactive imagination.
In my last post, I crucified Vlad the scammer. Apparently Vlad the scammer is legit. The email I received from them was no spoof email it was just a simple misunderstanding.
This is how it happened. I registered a new address with paypal on the day they sent the payment however, I forgot to confirm it so paypal did not recognise the account. When Tnx/vlad sent the payment it appeared not to have entered my account because the email address I gave them had not been confirmed. I assumed the email was a spoof since I believed that the payment should be in my account.
Then I went mad, and exchanged some unpleasantries (they called me Moron!) with the poor guys at Tnx thinking they had sent me a spoof email. You can see the emails in the the last post I wrote.
Being the principled Blogger that I am. As soon as I realised my mistake I sent an email to them to apologise. here it is.
Dear Alex At Tnx.net
I am really sorry about the misunderstanding that has occurred.
I think I know how the confusion started. I registered that email account i think on the day you sent payment. However, Because I was yet to confirm the account Pay pal did not recognise the email address. I was a bit Paranoid I must admit, because of all the spoof emails going around. so i assumed yours was one of those because there was a spammer recently arrested called Vlad who scammed eBay
In the light of this, and being the principled Person that I am. I will post a follow up to the story I wrote about you, explaining the whole unpleasant incident.
I will also overlook the fact that you called me moron and I called you Fool and treat this as a simple Misunderstanding.
I will proceed to register at tnx.net and experience your service after which I will write a review, In the hope that you will resend the payment, since now my email Address is now confirmed with paypal.
However,if in the unfortunate case that you cannot find it in your heart to forgive this "Moron" I will still Publish a review for your site, ensuring that I mention what a decent team of people you have working with you.
Yours Sincerely
Moron
An Unqualified Apology
Can I take this opportunity, in front of all my readers and friends, to say I am very sorry for this misunderstanding, and I apologise unreservedly for any names I might have called you. I will review your site wether you choose to forgive me or not or wether you decide to pay me or not (please pay :) ). I will keep my word. I am sorry.
To all my readers and Fans . Paypal fraud is still very real and this story could have ended very differently however I am glad it didn't and I am now confident these Guys are legit. Again, I am very sorry.
Happily ever after
I just recieved another email from the Guys @tnx.
All is well that ends well!
Question of the day:
Monday, April 28, 2008 at 12:11PM What is all the fuss about Twitter?
Have you been Scammed recently? Paypal Fraud.
Sunday, April 27, 2008 at 08:37PM The Review me Scam.
Last week I was almost fooled by a fraudster. Its probably one of the most innovative scams online so far. And its targeted at blogger's and Publishers. Unfortunately for the fraudster when you try to scam a blogger and you lose he Blogs about it.
I was approached by someone called Vlad supposedly from the Website TNX.net, asking me to review their site for $50.00. The money would be paid into my Paypal Account. I Happily gave him my Email address.
24 hours later I received an email from "Paypal@tnx.net" saying I had just been paid $50.00 in my account. I immediately smelt a rat. Paypal is never @tnx.com.
There was a link in the email that would send me to the Paypal Site. I didnt use it. I went to paypal by typing it into my address bar, to find out if i had really been paid. I had not been paid. My suspicions were confirmed.
I decided to investigate further so i could share this story with you. I followed the Link that the fraudster sent me in my email. And it sent me to this Fake Paypal site.

Compare this to the real Paypal Site.
The difference is clear.
Have a look at the difference between the two URL's used. The one below is the fake one.See how the scammer put my email address in the URL.
This is the proper URL
7 Steps to take to avoid being scammed.
- Be smart.
- PayPal always addresses their e-mail messages to the account holder's full name
- Never click through to a URL to your account via an email. Including bank accounts.
- Always Keep your Anti virus software/Firewall up to date
- Never give your personal Information to strangers or strange Web sites.
- Be wary of Unsolicited offers from strangers
- Don't be greedy.

The scammer continues to email me.
This Scammer is very determined to prove that he sent me money yet my real pay pal Account is still as empty as ever since i have not received any payment within the last 30 days.. See below

Dear Mr Vlad the fraudster,
Since i can see you have been reading my website, let me tell you here and now. I am no fool. I will not give you access to my pay pal account. People like you should be arrested.
I will end here for now publishing every email you have sent me so that others will not be fooled.

UK Bank Charges are Unfair.
Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 02:11PM So can we get our money back?
Today a Judge In England has ruled that Bank charges which are levied on customers as a result of unauthorised overdraft's and bounced Direct debits are Unlawful.
The UK's biggest banks have lost a test case about overdraft charges.
A judge has decided that the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) can apply consumer contract regulations to decide if bank overdraft charges are fair or not. - BBC
Now as you all know I am not the financial blogger type and I don't usually Blog about finance and banking however, this issue affects my pocket.
MYBANK OWES ME £3114.55! - Alfred Saforo
Here is a picture of the spread sheet I used to work out my charges. Note the totals at the bottom.
Now this is over $6000, which is a lot of money to lose to a Bank.
Over a period of 4 years my bank put me into an unavoidable spiral of debt. Imagine paying a £40.00 charge for an unauthorised overdraft of £5, and if this was the result of a direct debit you missed, God Help you because you will still have to pay the Direct Debit Less the £40 bank charge, and if you were struggling like I was at the time it only makes you worse of.
The sad thing is that these charges reportedly cost the banks less than £3 to process, and yet they have been charging customers well over that to process these transactions. Banks were reportedly making over £3.5bn a year in charges alone!
Lets Hope it all Ends Here
Lets hope and pray that the Banks concede defeat and decide not to appeal or send this to the house of Lords, or we could be waiting for another year or two.
If you want to find out more about how to get your money back here is a useful website.

I'll let you know if I ever get my £ 3,114.55.
