Everyone is an expert these days. Even 18 year old Collin Lahay, who started his blog 3 months ago. When Collin asked me to review his blog Mixedmarketarts.com, I went there with a heavy heart. You see, I have been seeing a lot of blogs lately and I have been staggered by the total lack of originality that is going around these days. Its like someone is going round telling everyone to style themselves up as some sort of expert in some niche. The blogosphere is abounding with "I can make you rich" blogger's and " And I will show you how to" blogger's. Many of whom have seldom ever made a penny for themselves, let alone think about making any money for you.

However, Colin Lahay is genuine talent. Now correct me if I'm wrong but an 18 year old who has already sold two Internet startups is certainly an entrepreneur in the purest sense of the word. Mixedmarketarts, is where Collin shares his vast experience and discerning minds are watching and listening.

Visiting mixed market arts was a humbling experience for me. The layout was perfect. The colours were sublime, and all his content is compelling must read stuff. Truth be told it is exactly the type of blog 1 million other blogger's (including me) are trying to achieve or copy with varying degrees of success and a host of spectacular failures.

Mixedmarketarts.com is currently worth about $21 555.00 and I think that is a very good valuation, considering that this blog has been around for only 3 months. He has broken the 100,000 Alexa rank barrier and has a Google page rank of 4.

In a world full of spam blogs and zero talent blogger's, Collin Lahay's Mixedmarketarts is a shining example of what blogger's should aspire to be . Are we witnessing the birth of an entrepreneur? another Bill Gates for the next generation perhaps? Only time will tell. In the meantime I will follow this guy with keen interest.
